Check-out time on the day of your departure is 11:00 am.

We have a two-night minimum stay requirement. Daily room rates are shown on our Availability & Reservations Page. Peak season rates apply during Fall Foliage and the month of December. Winter discounted rates may apply and offer additional savings.

Rates are double occupancy, per night - including afternoon refreshments and Vermont-style continental breakfast.

Upon making a reservation, a 50% deposit including applicable fees and taxes will be charged to your credit card to hold and guarantee your reservation. Additional add-ons are charged at the time they are ordered. A single night's stay is charged 100% when the reservation is made.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING INN. Smoking is ONLY permitted in our one designated outdoor area, regardless of the weather. Those choosing to disregard our policy will be asked to leave without refund, and a $500 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit or charge card on file, as well as an extra night's charges, if necessary, in order to air the room to make it acceptable for incoming guests.

There will be a minimum $500 fee assessed for room damage.

Payment in full is expected at check-in. Accepted methods of payment are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, money orders, and traveler's checks.

We are an adults-only inn due to the historic nature of our property and the serenity of our guests.

Pets are not allowed at our property. For your convenience, we can check with a local kennel to board your pet.

This property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Accommodation for non-ambulatory persons is limited. All our bedrooms are on the second and third floors with only stairs as access.

• Afternoon baked goods are served from 3:00 to 5:00 pm.

Should you have to change or cancel your reservation for any reason, we require at least 15 days' advance notice and 30 days' advance notice for high season. With the proper notice, we will refund your deposit, less a $50 credit card processing fee.

For reservations canceled within 15 days (or 30 days for high season) of your reserved arrival date, you will be charged for the full amount of the reserved stay.

Because we have a limited number of rooms and do not overbook as large hotels do, cancellations affect us significantly. We must enforce our cancellation policy.

If you are worried about having to cancel for any reason, we recommend you purchase travel insurance through a third party for your own financial protection.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will incur a 50% charge.
